CONSENT TEXT REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA    

Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698

This Consent Text is related to the explicit consent I will freely give regarding the matters stated below, by declaring that I have read and understood the KVKK Information Text presented to me within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Each of the following processing activities is independent of the others. I may approve or not approve any section I wish. Any approval I do not give does not prevent the provision of services that are legally mandatory.

1. Explicit Consent for Sending Commercial Electronic Messages

To me;

• hotel campaigns,
• flight ticket offers,
• transfer services,
• car rental services,

• satisfaction surveys,

• WhatsApp

I know that I can withdraw my communication permissions free of charge at any time.

2. Explicit Consent for Marketing and Profiling

I consent to the processing of my purchase history, reservation preferences, travel habits, and service usage information for the purpose of presenting personalized campaigns, offers, and advantages to me.

3. Explicit Consent for Transfer of Personal Data Abroad

In order to provide overseas tours, hotel reservations, flight tickets, visa procedures, travel insurance, transfer, and similar international travel services, my necessary personal data may be shared with;

• hotels abroad,
• airline companies,
• tour operators,
• transfer companies,
• insurance companies,
• consulates,
• visa application centers,
• global reservation systems,
• business partners abroad from whom services are received,

and I accept that it may be transferred abroad to the extent necessary.

This transfer will be carried out solely for the purpose of fulfilling the service I have requested.

4. Explicit Consent for the Use of Photographs and Images (Optional)

I accept the use of the photo and video images taken of me during the tours and events I participate in for;

Withdrawal of Explicit Consent

I know that I may withdraw the explicit consent I have given at any time without giving any reason.

Withdrawal of explicit consent does not affect data processing activities carried out lawfully before the date of withdrawal.
