RESERVATION AND SALES CONDITIONS
1. PURPOSE
These Reservation and Sales Conditions ("Conditions") regulate the reservation, sales, modification, cancellation, and service use principles regarding tourism and travel services offered by My Group 24 Hotel Management Tourism Industry Trade Limited Company ("Company").
These conditions apply to all services offered by the Company and constitute an integral part of the contractual relationship between the parties.
2. SCOPE
These Conditions cover the following services:

3. RESERVATION REQUEST
Reservation requests submitted via the website, telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp, social media accounts, or a physical office are considered preliminary requests.
For the reservation to become definite;
Requests not approved by the Company do not constitute a final reservation.
4. OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION
The person making the reservation;
The user is responsible for any additional costs, loss of service, or inability to complete the travel arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
5. RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
Reservation;
It becomes definite once confirmed in writing or electronically by the Company.
Price quotes, quota information, or availability information communicated before confirmation are not binding.
Changes may be made before confirmation due to operational necessities or reasons arising from the service provider.
6. SERVICE PROVIDERS
The Company cooperates with;
Some of these services are provided by third parties.
The Company is responsible for fulfilling its own organizational and coordination obligations.
7. PRICING
Prices on the website are for informational purposes only.
Final price;
The price announced at reservation confirmation shall be taken as the basis.
8. PAYMENT TERMS
The payment methods for the services offered by the Company are notified to the user during the reservation stage.
An online credit card payment infrastructure is available through the website.
Payments may be made through bank accounts notified by the Company, credit card, online payment, or other accepted payment methods.
If payment is not made on time, the reservation may be canceled or quota may be lost.
9. INVOICING
In order for an invoice to be issued, the user must submit complete information and documents in accordance with tax legislation.
The Company is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided.
Invoices may be issued electronically or in printed form in accordance with the applicable legislation.
10. RESERVATION CHANGE REQUESTS
The reservation holder may request in writing that changes be made to the reservation.
Change requests are evaluated based on;
The Company does not guarantee that the change request will be accepted.
Any additional charges arising from changes are the responsibility of the reservation holder in accordance with the rules applied by the service providers.
11. CANCELLATION REQUESTS
Reservation cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation conditions;
Detailed provisions regarding cancellation and refund processes are set out in the Cancellation – Refund – Change Policy published on the website and, where applicable, in the relevant agreements.
12. CHANGES ARISING FROM SERVICE PROVIDERS
Outside the Company's control;
In such cases, the Company will endeavor to provide equivalent service as far as possible and will inform the user within a reasonable time.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
The following, but not limited to these, may be considered force majeure:
If delays, changes, or cancellations occur in services due to force majeure, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be evaluated according to the applicable legislation and relevant contract provisions.
14. PASSPORT, VISA, AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
For international travel;
The visa consulting service offered by the Company is limited solely to consultancy and the execution of application procedures.
No guarantee is given regarding visa issuance or entry permission to a country.
The Company is not liable for damages arising from travel that cannot be completed due to missing or invalid documents, subject to the mandatory provisions of the applicable legislation.
15. FLIGHT AND TRANSPORT INFORMATION
Actions taken by airline companies and other transport providers, such as;
may occur outside the Company's direct control.
The Company shall exercise due care to inform the user upon learning of such changes.
16. HOTEL AND ACCOMMODATION SERVICES
Accommodation facilities' ;
The Company carries out reservation procedures based on the information provided by the service provider.
17. CAR RENTAL SERVICES
Applicable in car rental services;
The reservation holder may additionally sign the contract of the relevant company at the time of vehicle delivery.
18. CRUISE SERVICES
In cruise reservations;
The Company carries out the reservation organization but is not directly responsible for the operational decisions of the ship operator.
19. LANGUAGE SCHOOL AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
In language school and educational consulting services;
The Company provides consultancy during the application process and is not responsible for the academic decisions of the educational institution.
20. VISA CONSULTANCY
The visa consulting service offered by the Company;
The acceptance or rejection of a visa application is entirely at the discretion of the competent authorities of the relevant country.
The Company does not undertake to obtain visa approval or results within a specific period.
21. TRAVEL INSURANCE
If travel insurance is not included in the reservation content within the scope of the service offered by the Company, purchasing insurance is at the traveler's discretion.
For domestic and especially international travel, it is recommended to obtain travel insurance that includes appropriate coverage for health expenses, baggage loss, travel cancellation, interruption of travel, personal liability, and similar risks.
If an insurance policy is purchased, the policy scope, coverage limits, and exclusions are subject to the policy provisions issued by the relevant insurance company.
22. BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Travelers are responsible for the personal belongings in their baggage.
It is recommended that money, passports, identity cards, electronic devices, jewelry, valuable documents, and similar valuable items be kept under personal supervision.
Baggage policies of airline companies, hotels, transfer firms, cruise operators, or other service providers are subject to their own rules.
In the event of baggage loss, delay, or damage, applications should first be made to the relevant carrier or service provider.
The Company is not directly responsible for the baggage handling of third-party service providers, subject to responsibilities arising from legislation.
23. HEALTH CONDITION AND SPECIAL NEEDS
The reservation holder;
The Company cannot be held responsible for any consequences arising from the service not being provided properly due to the failure to share this information in a timely manner.
The Company will endeavor to ensure the necessary coordination to the extent possible.
24. CHILDREN AND MINOR TRAVELERS
For travelers under the age of 18, obtaining the necessary permission documents within the scope of the applicable legislation is the responsibility of the reservation holder.
For international travel, a consent letter, parental permission documents, or other documents that may be requested by the competent authorities must be prepared in full.
The Company is not responsible for the consequences arising from travel that cannot be completed due to missing documents.
25. TRAVELER'S CONDUCT OBLIGATIONS
The traveler;
If behavior that seriously endangers the peace or safety of other participants occurs, the necessary procedures may be applied in accordance with the relevant service provider's rules and the applicable legislation.
26. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data obtained during the reservation process are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation.
Detailed explanations regarding the processing of personal data are provided in;
Within the scope of overseas tours, international hotel reservations, airline reservations, cruise organizations, language school applications, and visa consulting services, the necessary personal data may be shared with the relevant service providers in order to provide the service.
27. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company;
However, the following situations may be considered outside the Company's direct control:
The Company's liability is limited to its own fault and the services it undertakes, subject to the mandatory provisions of applicable legislation.
This provision cannot be interpreted in a way that removes rights that cannot be limited under consumer legislation.
28. COMPLAINTS AND REQUESTS
It is recommended that requests, suggestions, or complaints regarding the service be communicated to the Company in writing as soon as possible.
The Company aims to evaluate the applications submitted to it within the framework of the relevant legislation and contract provisions and respond within a reasonable time.
29. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Turkish law shall apply in the interpretation and implementation of these Reservation and Sales Conditions.
In disputes arising from consumer transactions, the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the scope of the applicable consumer legislation are authorized.
In commercial disputes, the competent court and enforcement offices are determined according to the provisions of the relevant legislation.
30. CHANGES TO THE CONDITIONS
The Company reserves the right to update these Reservation and Sales Conditions in line with the applicable legislation, sector practices, or operational requirements.
The updated text enters into force on the date it is published on the website and applies to subsequent reservation requests.
31. ENTRY INTO FORCE
These Reservation and Sales Conditions enter into force on the date they are published on the website.
Persons who submit reservation requests or benefit from services offered by the Company declare that they have read, understood, and accepted these conditions.
