Before the contract is concluded, the consumer is provided with the basic features of the service to be purchased, the total price, the payment method, the time of performance of the service, cancellation/modification conditions, and other information required under the relevant legislation.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

The Company works in cooperation with;

  • hotels,
  • airline companies,
  • transfer companies,
  • car rental companies,
  • cruise operators,
  • language schools,
  • consulates,
  • other tourism service providers.

Some services are provided directly by these organizations.

The service providers' own operational rules and practices also apply to the relevant service.

The existence of third-party service providers does not automatically eliminate the Company's responsibilities arising from law or contract with respect to the relevant service.

The scope of the Company's liability is determined taking into account its legal capacity in the relevant service, the contract provisions and the mandatory legislation in force.

The specific conditions of third-party service providers regarding their own services are notified to the consumer before the contract is concluded, to the extent they are applicable.

9. DELIVERY AND PROVISION OF THE SERVICE

Depending on the type of service purchased, reservation information may be sent to the consumer electronically (via e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp or similar communication tools) or physically.

Performance of the service takes place upon reservation confirmation, on the travel start date or on the date on which the relevant service is to be provided.

The Company will exercise the necessary care to ensure that the service is provided on time and in accordance with the contract.

  • notify the Company of any changes to contact information,
  • check passports, identity documents and other travel documents,
  • comply with the entry rules of the relevant country,

The granting of a visa or entry permission to the country is at the discretion of the competent authorities of the relevant country.

The consequences arising from the consumer being unable to travel due to missing or invalid documents are the responsibility of the consumer, without prejudice to mandatory legislative provisions in force.

Since the visa, passport, transit, health, customs and entry requirements of countries may change, the consumer must check the current information from the competent authorities of the relevant country before travel.

Information provided by the Company does not replace the current decisions of the competent authorities of the relevant country.

The Company's consultancy regarding a visa application does not constitute any guarantee or undertaking that a visa will be granted or that entry permission to the country will be provided.

12. INFORMATION REGARDING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer's right of withdrawal is subject to the provisions of legislation in force depending on the nature of the service purchased.

For distance contracts, the consumer's right of withdrawal is subject to the general rules and relevant exceptions regulated in the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts, in cases foreseen by legislation, there may be no right of withdrawal for accommodation, carriage of goods, car rental, supply of food and beverages, services for leisure activities, and similar tourism services that must be performed on a specific date or within a specific period.

Nevertheless, if a more favorable practice has been agreed between the parties, that practice shall apply.

Cancellation, modification and refund conditions applicable on a service-by-service basis will be separately notified to the consumer and regulated in the relevant contract.

Since package tour contracts fall outside the scope of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the consumer's rights to withdraw from/terminate the contract and to refund of the price in package tours are assessed separately under the Regulation on Package Tour Contracts and the provisions of the relevant package tour contract.

Accordingly, for package tours, the "right of withdrawal" and the "right to withdraw from/terminate the contract" cannot be interpreted as the same legal right.

For services in respect of which an exception to the right of withdrawal is provided by legislation, the consumer is notified of this exception clearly before the contract is concluded.

13. PRINCIPLES OF CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION AND REFUND

Requests to cancel or modify a reservation must be submitted to the Company in writing.

Cancellation and modification requests are evaluated according to;

  • the type of service purchased,
  • the rules of the service provider,
  • the date of application,
  • the travel date,
  • the legislation in force.

Where a refund is due, the refund process is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the relevant contract and legislation.

Detailed regulations are contained in the Cancellation – Refund – Modification Policy, the Distance Sales Contract and the Package Tour Sales Contract.

Whether the consumer has rights of cancellation, modification, withdrawal, withdrawal from or termination of the contract, and, if any, the applicable deduction, fee or compensation conditions, are determined according to the nature of the purchased service and the relevant legislation.

The cancellation, modification and refund conditions applicable before the contract is concluded are clearly notified to the consumer.

In package tour contracts, special provisions regarding the consumer's right to terminate the contract before the tour starts are reserved. Where the conditions foreseen in legislation are met, the consumer's termination right and related refund provisions apply.

Where one of the essential elements of a package tour is changed for reasons not attributable to the consumer or the tour is cancelled before it starts, the consumer's optional rights arising from the relevant legislation are reserved.

In cases where a refund is due, the method and period of the refund are determined in accordance with the relevant legislation and contract provisions.

14. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data obtained during the reservation process is processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the relevant legislation.

Depending on the nature of the service, personal data may be shared with hotels, airline companies, transfer companies, car rental companies, cruise operators, educational institutions, insurance companies, consulates and other relevant service providers.

Detailed explanations regarding the processing of personal data are contained in the KVKK Information Notice and the Privacy Policy published on the website.

The purposes for which personal data is processed, the legal basis for the processing activity, the persons or groups of persons to whom it may be transferred, the method of collection, and the rights of the data subject are explained in the Information Notice separately provided under the KVKK.

Where personal data is transferred to third parties or abroad, the provisions of KVKK governing such transfer and the necessary legal safeguards apply separately.

This Preliminary Information Form does not replace the information that must be provided under the KVKK.

For processing activities requiring explicit consent, explicit consent is obtained separately from the information notice and in accordance with the relevant legislation.

15. COMPLAINT AND APPLICATION CHANNELS
